Advanced shanks crashing

Hi Rafael,

I am having trouble with the advanced shanks. It keeps crashing as soon as I select a shank to edit. It was working fine yesterday.??

I have tried it in both Rhino 7 and 2 Shapes. I also created a new file an it still crashed.

Please let me know when it’s fixed.

I am having the same problem of 2Shapes crashing while using the Advanced shanks setting. I am running the latest version of Rhino7 and also ver 3 of 2Shapes. Should I uninstall and then
download the program to fix the problem? Will this alter the settings I have made in rhino for 2shapes? Thank you

Hi Mary,

If you want, I can help you with that. Send me an email to rafael@2shapes.com, and we will connect to your computer to uninstall and install again.

The idea is to uninstall 2Shapes and Rhino, then delete the files of the AppData of both, not only 2Shapes, and delete the entries on the windows registry. With that, your computer will be clean as before installing Rhino and 2Shapes.
